So with all the rain we had the last few months, the stern (rear) light that is on my trusty boat got rusty and stopped working. I was just about to upgrade to a new LED(Light Emitting Diode)type that has a long burn time. Which will come in handy on those late night catfish trips. I was on this web site just about to order it but I kicked myself, thinking "what IS your problem", "are you not the Mad Inventor himself?" The following photos tell the rest of the story.............................
The ingredients. An old LED flashlight, a fiberglass rod, a opaque plastic container and a bit of 5 minute epoxy.
Only one hole to drill For the flashlight.
Halfway there. Just waiting for the epoxy to harden.
Final assembly.
Tada. Half an hour later. The Mad Inventor has struck again.
